The Growth Navigator has four tiers: Free (forever), Core ($247/mo), Pro ($747/mo), and Team ($2,000/mo). Each tier includes everything in the tiers below it, so upgrading adds capabilities without losing anything you've already built. Your strategic artifacts, custom assets, and context carry forward across every tier change.
Upgrading is immediate. The moment you move from Free to Core, you have access to the full artifact set and custom business asset generation. The moment you move from Core to Pro, you can run the Revenue Engine Diagnostic. No waiting period. No onboarding delay.
Downgrading preserves your existing artifacts. If you built 20 strategic documents in Core and downgrade to Free, those documents still exist. You lose the ability to generate new custom assets and advanced features, but you keep everything you've already created.
Most founders follow a natural progression. They start with the free tier to lock their offer statement and pitch script. They see the quality of the output and upgrade to Core within the first month to build the full GTM system. Founders doing $250K or more often move to Pro within 90 days for the Revenue Engine Diagnostic and exit readiness scoring. The Team tier is for founders who have the strategic foundation locked and want AI agents executing daily.

Annual plans are available for any paid tier at 10x the monthly price, which means you get two months free. Core annual is $2,470 (saves $494). Pro annual is $7,470 (saves $1,494). Team annual is $20,000 (saves $4,000). If you upgrade mid-cycle on a monthly plan, the cost is prorated.
