Growth Sprint · 5 months

You built something real. But it only works when you're in the room.

Five months to install the systems, the scorecards, and the rhythm that let your business run without routing every decision through you.

02 · The problem

You don't own a business. You own a job.

The business works, and that's the confusing part. Revenue is real, clients are happy, the team shows up. But every decision routes through you, and the moment you step away things slow down.

Nobody wants to buy a job, and you can't sell one. So the thing you built to give you freedom quietly became the thing you can't leave.

03 · The difference

Most consultants hand you a plan.
We stay for the part where it gets built.

The plan approach

You get a diagnosis, a deck, and a roadmap. Then the consultant leaves and your team has to work out the how while still doing their day jobs. Most of it never happens.

04 · What gets built

Four things your business keeps after we leave.

SOPs your team actually follows

Written by the people doing the work, not handed down from outside. Documented so a new hire can run the process in week one instead of month six.

Scorecards that change behavior

A short list of numbers each person owns. When one moves the wrong way, somebody acts on it without being asked.

A team map with real owners

Every function named, with a person next to each one. The gaps become obvious, which is usually the first genuinely useful thing you learn.

A leadership rhythm

The meetings, the cadence, and the reviews that keep the system running once we're gone. This is the part that makes everything else stick.

05 · The honest part

What five months asks of you.

Most programs only tell you what you get. Here is what it costs you, beyond the money.

Your time

Two to four hours a week from you and your key people. This one is not optional. The design only works if the people who actually run the business are in the room while it gets made.

Some discomfort on your team

Documented processes and owned numbers mean visibility. A few people find that uncomfortable at first, especially anyone who has been coasting. Some will push back, and one or two may decide the new version of the job isn't for them.

Decisions you have been avoiding

Mapping every function surfaces the ones nobody owns and the people sitting in the wrong seat. We will not make those calls for you, but we will make them very hard to keep ignoring.

Five months, not five weeks

Sixty days of diagnosis and design, then three months of implementation. Habits do not change faster than that. Anyone promising otherwise is selling you a document, not a system.

Letting go

The whole point is that decisions stop routing through you. That feels like losing control well before it feels like freedom. Most founders find this harder than any of the actual work.

06 · The five months

Sixty days to design it. Three months to make it stick.

Weeks 1 to 4

Diagnose

We score all nine revenue engines red, yellow, or green, and find the two or three actually holding you back. Most founders are surprised by which ones come up.

Weeks 5 to 8

Design

We build the plan with your team. SOPs, scorecards, the team map, and the leadership rhythm, scoped to what your business can actually absorb.

Months 3 to 5

Implement

Your team executes and we coach them through it. We do some hands-on work, but most of our job is helping your people run the system so it survives us leaving.

After month five

Own it

The system is yours and your team is running it. Some founders move to Mission Control to keep the rhythm going. Plenty do not need to, and we will tell you which you are.

07 · The investment

$15,000 for the five months.

One price for the whole engagement. No hourly billing, no change orders. Here is what sits inside it.

08 · Fit

We will tell you on the first call.

This works when you

Are doing $250K to $5M and the business only really works when you are in it. Have a team, even a small one, that can take on ownership. Will give two to four hours a week for five months. And actually want to step back, rather than just saying you do.

This does not work when you

Want someone to come run the business for you. Are looking for more leads rather than a system. Cannot commit the weekly time. Or want it fixed without anything about how your team works actually changing.

09 · Where it leads

Most founders do not need us after this.

The point of five months is that you do not need a sixth. Your team owns the system, the rhythm is running, and decisions have stopped routing through you.

Some founders still want a hand on the wheel afterward, and that is what Mission Control is for. We keep the rhythm going week to week. But we will tell you honestly if you do not need it.

10 · Proof

This was built inside real companies.

The nine revenue engines were not invented in a workshop. They came out of running revenue inside real companies, across finance, private capital, aviation, construction, home services, consulting, and nonprofits.

Different industries, same pattern every time. The founder becomes the constraint, and the fix is systems rather than more effort.

Results have been impressive.

Prior to working with David and his team, I was essentially reactive to what the market delivered. I attended a few conferences to generate leads, but I really didn't have a methodology. David helped me crystallize my story and value proposition for prospects and customers alike and put in systems to help me proactively reach them and position myself as a leading authority.

Results have been impressive. My revenues have been significantly higher.  The ability to have someone in your corner who understands the nuances of your business and is able to work through situations and ideas has been incredibly helpful.
