Growth Sprint · 3 months
Three months to turn your expertise into an offer people can actually buy, with the message and the plan to sell it, whether the yes you need comes from customers or investors.
02 · The problem
You know your craft. Clients who work with you get real results and say so. But turning a conversation into a signed deal still feels like luck, and you can't explain what you do without a five-minute windup.
That isn't a marketing problem. It's an offer problem.
Nobody buys expertise. They buy a specific outcome at a price they understand.
Sometimes the offer already sells, and the story still doesn't travel. You have revenue, users, and results, but no clear way to put the model in front of an investor so they see what you see. Same fix, different room.
03 · The difference
You get taught a framework and a workbook, then apply it alone between sessions. That works if you have the time and the objectivity. You cannot read the label from inside the jar.
We build the actual assets with you in the room. You leave with a pitch, a one-pager, a landing page, and sequences you can send this week. Artifacts, not advice.
04 · What gets built
One clear promise, one named audience, one price. What person will pay what price for what promise, answered in a sentence you can say out loud.
The verbal version for conversations and the written version for everything else. Short enough that someone else can repeat it back to you correctly.
Copy built on your offer and in your voice, ready to send or publish. Not a template with your name dropped into it.
Sequences, scripts, and a proposal for the conversations you're already having. The gap is usually follow-up, not leads.
05 · The honest part
Here is the part most programs leave out of the sales page.
Your voice, not ours
We build with you, not for you. You have to show up and talk through your business, because these assets are only good if they sound like you and reflect what you actually do.
Killing your favorite version
Most founders arrive attached to an offer that isn't working. Narrowing it feels like giving up ground. It is also the single change that moves revenue fastest, so we will push on it.
Selling before you feel ready
You will be putting the pitch in front of real people during the sixty days, not after them. That is deliberate. Feedback from actual buyers beats another round of polishing.
Choosing one audience
Everyone is not a market. Picking one means turning down work you could technically do, and that stays uncomfortable right up until the referrals start matching.
Three months, not three weeks
The build is twenty-one days. The next sixty are you selling it while we coach you through what comes back. Skipping that half is why most clarity work never turns into revenue.
06 · The three months
Week 1
We work out what you actually sell, to whom, and at what price. Most of the confusion gets resolved here, and it is usually a relief.
Week 2
We produce the twelve pieces with you. Pitch, one-pager, landing page copy, outreach, follow-up, and a proposal you can send.
Week 3
You take it to market and we coach you weekly through what comes back. Objections get answered and the pitch gets sharpened against real buyers rather than in a document.
The next 60 days
You own the assets and the system behind them. Most founders keep the Growth Navigator running so they can keep producing without us in the room.
07 · The investment
One price for the whole engagement. Here is what sits inside it.
Revenue offer design
Premium positioning and pricing
Customer acquisition map
Productized service stack
Go-to-market plan
Authority toolkit
Revenue optimization coaching
Network for revenue growth
If you did Ignition within the last thirty days, the full $1,500 credits toward this. Payment plans are available and plenty of founders use one.
Book Launch Pad08 · Fit
Have real expertise and clients who got results from it. Are stuck explaining or pricing what you do. Will do the selling yourself during the sixty days. And can commit to one audience rather than keeping every option open. Or have a profitable business and need the model, the numbers, and the story framed for someone writing a check.
Want leads delivered rather than an offer built. Have not done the work yet and need the experience first. Cannot commit to real conversations during the coaching window. Or want us to write in a voice that isn't yours.
09 · Where it leads
Once you can sell it consistently, the problem changes shape. Delivery starts eating your week and you become the bottleneck in a different way.
That is when Rocket Fuel makes sense, building the systems so the business runs without you. Plenty of founders are a year or more from needing it, and we will say so.
10 · Proof
Launch Pad came out of years of helping corporate escapees, coaches, consultants, and advisors turn what they know into something people will pay for. And we help founders getting ready to raise for the first time.
The pattern repeats. The expertise is real, the offer is fuzzy, and tightening the offer fixes more than any amount of extra marketing ever does.

As we were trying to figure out how to grow our burgeoning coaching business, Nick helped us think about out how to turn our frameworks into products that would sell and scale.

Prior to working with David and his team, I was essentially reactive to what the market delivered. I attended a few conferences to generate leads, but I really didn't have a methodology. David helped me crystallize my story and value proposition for prospects and customers alike and put in systems to help me proactively reach them and position myself as a leading authority.
Results have been impressive. My revenues have been significantly higher. The ability to have someone in your corner who understands the nuances of your business and is able to work through situations and ideas has been incredibly helpful.

Their bias towards action and understanding what motivates people to take the next step helped my company get 'unstuck,'

Book a call and we will pressure test your offer together. You will leave with a sharper answer to what you sell and who it's for, whether or not you work with us.
