Growth Sprint · 3 days

You know your work is good.
You just can't say it in a sentence.

Ninety minutes to get your pitch right. You leave with the words, a one-pager, and an honest read on what to do next.

You leave with

A pitch and a designed one-pager

02 · The problem

You can't read the label from inside the jar.

You've explained what you do a hundred times and it still comes out differently every time. Sometimes people get it. Usually they nod politely and the conversation moves on.

It isn't that you lack clarity about the work. It's that you're too close to it to hear how it sounds. Everybody is, which is why nobody fixes their own pitch.

And it's not just you... Everybody is too close to their own offer, which is why nobody fixes their own pitch.

03 · The difference

Most sessions send you home with notes.
You leave with the actual words.

The workshop approach

You talk for an hour, get a page of notes and some homework, then try to reconstruct the good bits later from memory. The energy is usually gone by Thursday.

04 · What you walk out with

Four things, finished, in ninety minutes.

A pitch you can actually say

The spoken version, tested out loud in the session until it sounds like you rather than like marketing.

The written version

The same pitch in text, for your website, your profile, and the top of every email you send this month.

A one-pager you can send

One page explaining the offer, who it's for, and what it costs. Ready to send, not a draft to finish over the weekend.

An honest next step

A straight read on whether your offer is ready to sell or needs more work. Sometimes the answer is that you're fine and should go sell it.

05 · How the three days work

One session, four moves.

Before we meet

You send us the mess

A short form about what you do and who you've helped. Ten minutes of your time, and it means we don't burn the session on background.

Day 1

We dig

Questions about your best clients and your worst-fit ones. The real offer usually shows up here, and it is often not the one you came in with.

Day 2

We write it

We draft the pitch live, say it out loud, and keep cutting until it lands. You will hear the moment it starts working.

Day 3

We decide what's next

Sometimes that's go sell it. Sometimes it's that the offer needs more work than one session can fix, and we will tell you so plainly.

06 · What's included

$1,500 for the session.

One session, one price, nothing to add on afterward. Here is what's in it.

Pre-session intake

Next-step recommendation

If you move to Launch Pad within thirty days, the full $1,500 credits toward it. So if the session shows you need the bigger build, you haven't paid for it twice.

07 · Fit

This is the cheapest way to find out.

This works when you

Have done the work and have clients who got results from it. Struggle to explain it simply. Want the words rather than a strategy document. And can give ninety focused minutes without checking your phone.

This does not work when you

Haven't started yet and need experience before you need a pitch. Want a full go-to-market system, which is Launch Pad. Or want us to write it without you in the room.

08 · Where it leads

Sometimes the pitch is the whole problem. Sometimes it isn't.

Plenty of founders leave with the words and that is genuinely all they needed. They go and sell it, and it works.

For others the session shows the offer itself needs rebuilding, or that there's no system to sell it through. That's Launch Pad, and your $1,500 comes straight off the price.

Helping Founders Grow and Scale

Hear what our amazing customers say

"Transformative for our business"

As we were trying to figure out how to grow our burgeoning coaching business, Nick helped us think about out how to turn our frameworks into products that would sell and scale.

Launch Pad has been a game changer.

Launch Pad has been a game-changer. I coach executives and business for a living, but when it comes to my own marketing, I get stuck.

David has been the key to unlocking my writer's block.

I was trying to write each piece of copy one at a time.

The website landing page, my offers, my services, my social ads, my cold calls.

None of it felt coherent, and so it was impossible for me to really get behind it and drive sales.

The team built me an entire brand dossier that fully captures the value I bring to my clients. I knew all the pieces were important, but I had never thought to sit down rigorously and compile them all together in one stop. Nor do I think I would have been able to without a guide to walk me through it step by step, encourage me and help me when I was stuck. In the past, when I got stuck and frustrated on one of the value propositions or Customer journey sections,I would give up and hope insertion struck me later while I floundered forward. David was there with encouragement and practical questions to help me work through the embarrassment of not being able to articulate my thoughts. Then he went home and formed my raw inputs into the sales copy and bullet points I wish I had created for myself.

Now I sit down, and the copy almost writes itself.

I have confidence in the website

I am excited to send the emails

I look forward to the social posts.

I am amazing at helping mid-sized enterprises build cultures that outperform industry leaders.

Now I have a sales team that helps me articulate that with the same level of professionalism and flow.

From Spiral to Clarity

Working with David to workshop my outreach materials was a great lever for improving my messaging. I had been in a bit of a spiral trying to figure it out alone, and talking about my work without clarity was creating discomfort in networking settings. Having a third party (someone with knowledge of the startup industry and a keen listening ear) made the process feel validating and productive. I loved the whiteboarding and collaborative approach, and I now feel more confident in both the unique value I provide and how to communicate it quickly in terms a potential client can understand.
